Of course, just tag your userpage with my newly created {{Userbox Scenarios Team}} :) Jupix 12:52, 16 February 2007 (CET)

You 'spammed' not more than I, in the scenario thread at the forums ;-) I'm currently make a research to check whether MediaWiki supports that Include feature or not and will post the results here... Sleepie

Roger that :) Jupix 15:25, 16 February 2007 (CET)
Well Feature comparison Media vs. Open Wiki says that both support content inclusion. Have a look at Syntax Features there. What I haven't found yet is just a short feature list with a short description how to use it, but I'm sure I'll find one shortly ;-). So founding out that it is possible, what will this mean to our recent discussion at the forum - would it be good to allow both (maybe with some advice how the pages should be named) or not? --Sleepie 15:46, 16 February 2007 (CET)
Hmm.. Take a look at Feature: Content Includes. It says "A prominent example is the Wikipedia main page. Each block you can see is a different include with different access controls." There are no includes per se on WP main page, there are only templates, so I take it this site lists templates as a method of inclusion. I already was aware that templates can be used for this purpose. The problem is I don't know how MediaWiki handles templates referencing templates (within the scenario listing, say, template:Scenarios/Echo, there would have to be a reference to the empty template:scenario for us to be able to easily adjust it). Yep it seems that MediaWiki does content inclusion in a different way as in OpenWiki. So I would say next we should do is adding some real content to just get a feeling how it'll work using the structure as it is now. I'll do some testing how this inclusion and template thingys work in the next weeks (Also to get familar with MediaWiki at all). My first scenario will come this weekend (I hope) --Sleepie 17:26, 16 February 2007 (CET)

.svg uploads

Dear JupiX! I've received a request, that you'd like me to allow .svg uploads. What's the problem with .svg uploads ATM? Are they disallowed, etc? --Mihamix 20:45, 15 May 2007 (CEST)

Yes. The uploader pukes a warning and dies when it's fed an .svg.
".svg" is not a recommended image file format. Jupix 23:32, 15 May 2007 (CEST)
What is wrong with .svg? Wikipedia uses it. Zojj 18:42, 6 June 2007 (CEST)
Nothing's wrong with them, except for the fact they aren't supported here (a fact I'm hoping will change in the near future). Jupix 18:56, 6 June 2007 (CEST)
Oh I misunderstood your quote of the error message. I bugged Miham for this too. Zojj 03:35, 12 June 2007 (CEST)

Scenarios Team/Dead scenarios

How about Scenario:Echo and Scenario:Islands? They don't have links at all! :-( -- Jokes Free4Me 13:24, 29 June 2007 (CEST)

As is written in the descriptions, they're both bundled with OTTD. :) Jupix 19:14, 29 June 2007 (CEST)
I don't know about that... I have looked in both 0.5.1 and 0.5.2 and didn't see them... (Although i admit i have them in 0.4.8.) -- Jokes Free4Me 07:29, 30 June 2007 (CEST)
You seem to be correct! I have them in my r8192 nightly installation, but in later versions most of the bundled scenarios appear to have been removed.. I wonder why. I'm not sure if it's OK for me to host those files, so unless we are cleared to host them, they should indeed be moved to the dead scenarios list. Jupix 12:33, 30 June 2007 (CEST)

Heya, I've made some more scenarios, but i need a place where i can easily update them... Could you provide me a space, where I can upload my scenarios to, and than, easily update them (by use of, http/ftp), thx Luukland 22:01, 15 July 2007 (CEST)

I can provide hosting for any files you've got but I'm afraid I won't be able to give you (s)ftp access. Jupix 22:43, 15 July 2007 (CEST)

Hey, I want to join the scenarioteam, but I don't realy understand WHERE you should place the scenario code, can you explain it some better? Email:
