Error message duration

A patch that allows you to change how long error messages are displayed for before automatically closing.

This patch allows you to change the duration for which error messages (in the red dialogs) are displayed before automatically closing.

[edit] Use

This feature is set to 5 seconds by default. Modify the duration through the configure patches -> construction window or use the following syntax in openttd.cfg:

[patches]
errmsg_duration = (number of seconds)
