This is a list of common templates. All of the templates below are designed to be placed at the top of the article or section to which it relates, unless not suitable for that location, in which case the editor is free to choose a better spot for the template.
When using templates, particularly notes and warnings, bear in mind sometimes additional information is required to make them less confusing to newcomers.
