| This map contains an area in the southwest of germany between Luxemburg in the northwest and the Black Forest in the south east. Most parts of the map are hilly to mountainous, the only large flat area is the rhine valley in the east. Most big citys are situated in valleys near rivers. If you want to build a good passenger network, perhaps even the real existing one in Rheinland-Pfalz, be sure to have many trains around the tracks, the cities are quite far away from each other due to the map size which covers an area of 250 km x 125 km.
