Enter {{rf|feature name|progress %|forum thread id|notes}} in between {{rf header}} and {{rf footer}} templates.

Example:

{{rf header}}
{{rf|More disasters|10%|14818|4=also see [http://www.link.com/index?id=10 this page]}}
{{rf footer}}

Notes:

1. Use "4=" for the notes parameter if the note contains an equal sign (=).
2. Follow the rules on the requested features article.
3. rf is short for Requested Feature.
