Template:rf usage

Enter {{rf|feature name|progress %|forum thread id|notes}} in between {{en/Archive/Community/Rf header}} and {{en/Archive/Community/Rf footer}} templates.

Example:

Notes:

1. Use "4=" for the notes parameter if the note contains an equal sign (=).
2. Follow the rules on the requested features article.
3. rf is short for Requested Feature.
