industry_density is a variable of Openttd.cfg file:

Sets the frequency of industries for a new map.

0 = no industries, only by funding
1 = minimal
2 = very low
3 = low
4 = normal
5 = high (default)

Valid options: [ 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 ]

Default: 5
