initial_interest is a variable of Openttd.cfg file:

Sets the initial interest charged on loans for a new map.

2 = 2% interest
3 = 3% interest
4 = 4% interest

initial_interest = 2

Valid options: [ 2 | 3 | 4 ]

Default: 2
