max_no_competitors is a variable of Openttd.cfg file:

Sets the number AI competitors in the game.

0 = no competitors will be started by the AI
1-14 = number of competitors (from 1 to 14) that the AI will create

Valid options: [ 0 | 1 <= n <= 14 ]

Default: 0
