subsidy_multiplier is a variable of Openttd.cfg file:

Sets the bonus multiplier for subsidies offered in the game.

0 = 1.5x the normal rate
1 = 2.0x the normal rate
2 = 3.0x the normal rate
3 = 4.0x the normal rate

Valid options: [ 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 ]

Default: 2
