competitor_speed is a variable of Openttd.cfg file:

If competitors are set to greater than zero then, competitor speed sets the speed at which the AI competitors will build.

0 = very slow
1 = slow
2 = medium
3 = fast
4 = very fast

Valid options: [ 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 ]
