Train slope steepness

Sets the steepness of slopes, trains will slow down more on slopes if this setting is set to a higher value. It only applies if the Realistic acceleration is selected.

Valid options: [0 <= n <= 10]

0: 0% (lowest)

3: 3% (default)

...

10: 10% (steepest)
