NewGRF Industries, more commonly known as New industries is a NewGRF feature added in OpenTTD 0.6.0. It is dependant on NewGRF Houses and Newcargos. NewGRF Houses has been in the nightlies since r9315 (19.03.07) and Newcargos since r9638 (15.04.07).
It allows graphics sets such as PikkaBird's UK Renewal Set, designed for TTDPatch, to be used in full.
